| I hope everyone had a great Christmas!! I did... except for all the food. But suprisingly I dopped a pound and a half. Since, I did eat crappy...but I just didn't load up my plate like I usually do. Thank god for that, because I think I would be 200 pounds if I did. Anyways, now, that the holidays are over, I'm going back to eating right. Since most of all our leftovers, and sweets went to my family. :) (I pushed them into taking them.. hahah!) I'm starting a new!!! Who's with me!??!?! xoxo. 1.

| I woke up late today, like around 2pm. So I felt lazy allllll day. And I really didn't feel excerising, but I basically forced myself. And that was the best descision ever! I now feel so engerized. :) I am so happy. I also ate pretty okay. I had a little bit of pasta, :( and some applesauce. But thats basically it so far. I'm trying not to eat anything else, unless it's really low in cals. Tomorrow, I'm going shopping with my sister. :) So, we are going to be like walking around everywhere in the mall. And then I'll also workout when I get home. I feel like tomorrow is going to be a really good day. :) I'm sticking to this!!! xoxo. 1.

| I'm so excited for christmas... I don't even know why. :) But I'm doing great, I'm eatin better and I worked out today!!! :) I feel really refreshed. The only thing, is christmas dinner. :( But I am goin gto eat healthly through out these weeks, and that day will be the only day I can eat something unhealthy. Then after that day, I'll get back on it again. :) So, I'm feeling pretty confident! How are you girls doing??? 1.

| Okay, sorry about being gone. It was the holidays. Well, it still is but you know what I mean. And I was gone for awhile. And my birthday was yesterday.. It was an amazing birthday. I wish I weighed a little less then I did, but I don't want to stress over it you know?? Because today is a new day, and so is tomorrow. :) I know I can do it. Tomorrow I'm going shopping for my birthday. I'm excited. And again I wish I weighed less. But oh well, enough of me blabbering. How about some thinspo?? :) 1.
